Gutter Guards for the Discerning Remodeler

MicroMeshGutterGuards.com — Privacy Policy

Effective Date: March 2026 Last Updated: March 2026

About This Policy

This website, MicroMeshGutterGuards.com (the “Site”), is owned and operated by MGP Manufacturing LLC (“MGP,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), doing business as MicroMeshGutterGuards.com, a manufacturer of gutter protection systems headquartered in Paterson, New Jersey. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information obtained through this Site.

This Site serves two distinct audiences. Its primary purpose is to provide trade and manufacturer information to prospective and current authorized Dealers, contractors, and business professionals. However, because the Site is publicly accessible, it may also be visited by residential consumers. This Policy addresses both data streams.

Notice to Consumers. If you are a homeowner or residential consumer, we encourage you to visit MasterShield.com, KleanGutter.com, or MicroMaxGutterGuard.com, which are designed specifically for consumer use. The privacy policies on those sites govern information collected through those consumer-facing websites.

Important Dealer and Distributor Notice. Products manufactured and distributed by MGP Manufacturing LLC — including products sold under the MasterShield®, Klean Gutter®, MicroMax™, and other current or future brand names — are sold through independently owned and operated authorized Dealers and authorized Distributors. Each Dealer and Distributor operates as a separate legal entity with its own privacy practices. When you contact or transact with a Dealer or Distributor, that party’s privacy policy governs the information you provide to them.

This Policy applies only to information collected through this Site. It does not govern information collected offline, through other websites, via email campaigns, or through Dealer websites or operations.

This Privacy Policy, together with the MicroMeshGutterGuards.com Terms of Use and Disclaimer, collectively governs your use of this Site. All three documents should be read together.

This Site is intended for users located in the United States. If you are accessing the Site from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are solely responsible for compliance with applicable local laws.

Telephone and Text Communications. If you provide a telephone number through any form on this Site, you acknowledge that MGP Manufacturing LLC may contact you at that number by telephone or text message, including using automated dialing technology, to follow up on your inquiry or application. Consent to receive such communications is not a condition of any business relationship. Message and data rates may apply. Text STOP to opt out of marketing messages at any time. Text HELP for support. Neither MGP Manufacturing LLC nor wireless carriers are liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Opting out of marketing messages does not opt you out of transactional or service-related communications directly related to a request you have submitted, such as application status updates or responses to your inquiry. To opt out of all communications, contact us at privacy@micromeshgutterguards.com.

Automated and AI-Assisted Communications. We may use marketing automation tools and AI-assisted systems (including platforms such as HighLevel) to help send follow-up communications, route inquiries, personalize messages, and improve the speed and quality of our responses. While we use commercially reasonable efforts to ensure accuracy, automated systems may occasionally produce errors or unexpected results. If you believe you have received a communication in error, please contact us at privacy@micromeshgutterguards.com and we will address it promptly.

By using this Site, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any term of this Policy, please do not use this Site or submit any personal information to us.

3. How We Share Your Information

We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own independent marketing purposes. We may share your information in the following circumstances:

Dealer Portal Operations. Information provided by authorized Dealers in connection with Portal access is used solely to manage the dealer relationship and provide access to trade resources. We do not share Dealer Portal credentials or dealer-specific business information with other Dealers or unauthorized third parties. Unauthorized access to the Dealer Portal — including access by competitors, former dealers using revoked credentials, or any party attempting to harvest trade pricing, product specifications, or dealer materials — is strictly prohibited and may constitute a violation of the Computer Fraud and Abuse Act (18 U.S.C. § 1030) and applicable state computer access laws.

Dealer Application Review. Information submitted as part of a Dealer Application may be shared with MGP’s internal review team and, where applicable, with third-party credit or background verification services solely for the purpose of evaluating the application.

Consumer Inquiries — Referral to Branded Sites. If a consumer submits an inquiry through this Site, we may direct them to MasterShield.com, KleanGutter.com, or MicroMaxGutterGuard.com for appropriate consumer resources. Consumer contact information submitted through this Site may be shared with an authorized Dealer in the consumer’s area solely to fulfill the consumer’s request for information or a referral. This referral does not create a direct relationship between the consumer and MGP Manufacturing LLC, and MGP is not a party to any transaction between a consumer and a Dealer. We do not evaluate, guarantee, or endorse the performance, pricing, or conduct of any Dealer to whom consumer information is referred.

Service Providers. We engage third-party companies to perform services on our behalf, such as website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer relationship management, and advertising. These service providers are contractually prohibited from using your information for any purpose other than providing services to us and are required to maintain appropriate confidentiality and security standards.

Business Transfers. If MGP Manufacturing LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or similar corporate transaction, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

Legal Requirements and Protection. We may disclose your information if we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to: (a) comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request; (b) enforce our Terms of Use or other agreements; (c) protect the rights, property, or safety of MGP Manufacturing LLC, our users, or the public; or (d) detect, prevent, or address fraud, security, or technical issues.

Aggregate and De-Identified Data. We may share aggregated or de-identified information — which cannot reasonably be used to identify you — with business partners, advertisers, and other third parties for industry analysis, research, and marketing purposes.
